Title: Fraud Risk Advisor To handle Risk inbound and outbound telephone calls where the Falcon System has created a case for review or an authorisation referral at point of sale To handle all other authorisation requests to the clients authorisation telephone line To take all necessary steps to protect the company’s assets and to ensure the fraud process is transparent to the customer.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties Undertake outbound Falcon telephone calls to the Customers Undertake inbound Authorisation referral calls Undertake Falcon inbound calls as a result of a letter or voice mail message from the Risk Team Comply consistently with operational processes, procedures and controls keeping up to date with all new developments. Handle customer complaints in a confident manner following agreed processes and procedures and maintaining accurate statistics at all times. Other duties as assigned by Manager*Team Leader
Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities to qualify for position) Excellent Customer Service skills, together with attention to detail. Knowledge of the GEM’s system. Excellent interpersonal skills Basic PC skills Use of the Falcon system (Desirable)
Ability to work to set standards and targets
Relationships:
Part of a team dealing the above remit. Reports to Team Leader, Fraud Operations.
